Policies

* Quiet hours are 10: pm to 7:00 am

* Property speed limit is 10 mph.

* All buildings are non-smoking.

* Pets must be leashed at all times and picked up after.
Please do not leave pets outdoors unattended.
The Roost Resort reserves the right to exclude pets
if complaints are received.

*The pet policy is available on request and sent with all
reservation confirmations when a pet is staying with us.
No more than 2 pets per cabin. Any questions, please call

* Fireworks are prohibited.

* Campfires are only permitted in the fire rings,
and must be attended to at all times.
Campfires are not permitted during high winds or fire bans.

* Messy vehicle maintenance such as oil changes is not permitted.

* Guests who are required to leave because of policy violations
will not receive a refund.

*NO refunds for early departures.

These policies are in effect to help insure your safety and enjoyment
while at The Roost Resort.
