Policies
* Quiet hours are 10: pm to 7:00 am
* Property speed limit is 10 mph.
* All buildings are non-smoking.
* Clotheslines are not permitted.
* Pets must be leashed and picked up after.
Please do not leave pets outdoors unattended.
The Roost Resort reserves the right to exclude pets
if complaints are received.
* Fireworks are prohibited.
* Campfires are only permitted in the fire rings,
and must be attended to at all times.
Campfires are not permitted during high wind conditions or fire bans.
* ATVs are not to be driven on the property.
* Messy vehicle maintenance such as oil changes is not permitted.
* Guests who are required to leave because of policy violations
will not receive a refund.
*No refunds for early departures.
