Patty has lived in South Dakota all of her life. She graduated from Mitchell Senior High and went to college at Northern in Aberdeen.
Patty Haiar has been in the real esate business since 1992 when she obtained her salesperson's license. Tom Schaub moved to the Hills in 2000 from central Wisconsin were he was the general manager for a GM Dealership for 27 years. He has built over 20 homes, cabins, horse barns and has always enjoyed buying and selling property.
