The Motel is located just 2 blocks from The Black Hills Passion Play, which has runs every year for the past 67 years from June 1st to August 30th. The month of July brings many vacationers to Spearfish, for such events as the Chevy Corvette Rally, Art's in the Park, a three day event that brings thousands of people to town. The day after the Arts Festival the Chevy Impala Rally begins, this is where the National Impala association is located. The beginning of August brings the Annual Sturgis Rally event, one of the largest Motorcycle Rally's in the world. The Sturgis Rally & Races brings hundreds of thousands of people into the BlackHills area. We are Located a comfortable 17 miles west of Sturgis along I-90. Our rooms fill very fast, usually we are completely booked by late October to early November for the next years event.

We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful and historic Spearfish Canyon, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful and scenic drives in the USA.

We also have some of the finest eating establishments within walking distance, as well as many fast food restaraunts and are also located right behind a steak house, a bar and grill, & a bowling alley located right across the street.

In the Winter months we rent to college students that attend Black Hills State University which is only 4 blocks from the motel. The Winter months also bring snowmobiling and sking vacationers. We are locakted just 5 miles from Snowmobiling trails consisting of 400 miles of groomed trails, and 15 miles away from not only downhill & cross country sking but Deadwood, SD. Deadwood is a historic old west town with Vegas style gambling, as well as the originating folk lore and history to the hit series on HBO.

We have 2 apartments on our property, one is used for the managers apartment and the other is next to the office. It can be used as rental property or used for Family and friends. This is one of the best commercial lots in Spearfish.
